PostProval allows you to schedule content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok. We are looking into integrations with other platforms, namely YouTube and Google My Business, so future expansions can be expected.
Yes, we offer native support of scheduling and publishing carousels to Instagram.
Unfortunately, no. This is a limitation of Instagram’s API, hence, no third-party tools can offer to schedule stories without an app. Until that changes, you can schedule images, reels and videos with PostProval.
Yes. As one of the few platforms on the market, we offer native support of scheduling and publishing reels to Instagram.

The preview sizes of images in a carousel are different from when you upload just one image. So, if you want to tag products in a carousel, you must first upload all the images you want to use, and then tag them with the products.
If you want to connect an Instagram account to PostProval, you need to make sure that:
  • the IG account is a Business account.
  • the IG account is connected to a Facebook page.
  • you are the administrator of the IG account.

At PostProval, we have 8 statuses for posts in your calendar:

  • Scheduled
  • Waiting for approval
  • Approved
  • Denied
  • Pending
  • Failed
  • Draft
  • Published

Every now and then, you might encounter an error message preventing your posts from being published. It reads:

“Please reduce the amount of data you’re asking for, then retry your request.”

This issue is a known bug in the Facebook API, affecting various parts of their system (refer to their bug reports below). Facebook has acknowledged that it occurs when their servers face memory constraints.

Most feedback suggests that including Page mentions in your posts triggers this problem.

Interestingly, we’ve discovered that sometimes posts are successfully published on your Facebook Page, despite PostProval indicating a failure.

To determine if your post made it to your Facebook Page, we recommend checking there and taking appropriate action.

If retrying the post still fails, it’s possible that the Facebook API cannot publish posts with the mentioned Page. In such cases, you can try posting directly on Facebook.com or schedule the post and manually add the Page mention afterwards.

The LinkedIn API does not allow us to retrieve data for personal LinkedIn profiles. And that is why we cannot calculate a best time to post.
